With Czech Post, you can use the web form to change the disposition of your shipment, such as:

depositing the parcel at the post office without attempting to deliver it

On the day of delivery, you will be contacted via SMS with a more accurate delivery time. If you are not reached by the carrier, you will receive a paper notification in your mailbox at which of the nearest post offices your shipment was deposited.
Please note that if you do not collect the item within 7 consecutive days, it will be automatically returned.

Delivery to Slovakia is within 48 hours (valid if ordered before 12:00)

Thanks to the unique 14-digit code, you can easily track the delivery progress of your shipment.
The recipient has the DPD Courier web application available, where he can not only track the movement of his shipment, but can have the shipment sent to a Pickup delivery point, add a backup address or delay delivery by 10 days.

DELIVERY ABROAD
Delivering our products abroad is not a problem, but it has its own small specifics.
We deliver ordered goods to foreign destinations by our contracted carriers, who provide their own transport. In Europe, they are DPD carriers. We use Czech Post's air transport services to non-European destinations.
Shipping prices abroad depend on the destination to which the order is sent and also on the weight of the entire shipment. The delivery price is calculated for you in the "Payment and shipping" step of the order, so you can see exactly what the shipping costs will be before you complete your order.
If your order's dimensions or weight are outside the standard options for shipping abroad, we will contact you and together we will agree on the options and final conditions of transportation.
